This Online Exhibitor Kit contains all of the information required to exhibit at DEMCON 2019. 

  • Be sure to review the shipping information carefully.  Failure to follow shipping directions may result in difficulties. 
  • Please remember that all accounts must be settled prior to the event start dates. If you require your invoice to be sent again, or would like information on payment options, please let us know.

Below is a helpful checklist to ensure that your exhibiting experience at DEMCON 2019 is successful. Please take note of deadline dates as ordering services on-site can add over 20% to your overall expenses. 

The cost for unloading, spotting, and loading exhibit materials is included in your space cost. A 6-ft. draped table, up to two chairs and one electrical outlet will be included with your space. For any additional decorating needs, please use the order forms found below.

Click on "Exhibitor Registration" Link to register your attending representatives. EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION 
- all exhibitors must wear an official exhibitor badge at all times to access the show floor.
Hotel Information - for information or to book a room at our special rate.  Reserved rooms will be released and special rate will expire on Monday, September 16th, 2019 by 3 p.m.
BAG INSERTS As a Sponsor at the Silver Level or higher, you receive the option to insert one item into the delegate bag. You can also purchase this as an add-on to other levels. NB: This is a table-top event. Shipments will not be accepted by the International Centre Prior to move-in on October 9, 2019 at 7 a.m.
You are encouraged to carry your items with you or ship to your hotel.

Pre-Show Warehousing | After Show Warehouse
If you do use a shipper or delivery service other than Lange to ship to the venue you can either:
1) Ensure that your service will deliver between 7 and 9 a.m. on Wednesday, October 9, and use this label, or
2) Utilize the Pre-Show Warehousing Service (link above) in order to facilitate the receipt of your shipment

If your shipper or courier cannot pick up between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 10th you must utilize the After Show Warehouse Service (link above)

CUSTOMS If you are shipping from outside Canada, we recommend using our Official Customs Broker, Beyond Borders.

FOOD AT YOUR BOOTH No food can be given or sold without approval by the venue.  To order catering for your exhibitor table use the Authorization Form, Menu and Order Form
